Moments is the new collection by Patrick Naggar, exploring design as art, the space between research and experimentation, where artistic expression merges with functionality, allowing for storytelling with a symbolic dimension.

The series draws from two recurring inspirations and design vocabulary in his work: the Mediterranean Sea and the sky. Three bronze disks on the Celeste coffee table – depicting the North and South skies and an eclipse – support a silver-plate top, accompanied by a thin but deceptively robust bench. A console with bronze hourglass legs supports a customisable top, a concave automotive mirror is transformed into a poetic sculpture that engulfs the viewer in cosmology. Hand-sculpted Plasterglass lighting evokes flowers with a twist, projecting light and shadow in playful movement. These works reflect Naggar’s ongoing curiosity for exploration of new materials and techniques to create contemporary forms that speak to majestic, eternal themes like the cosmos.
