Guggi

Presenting “The Aching Curve,” an exhibition of painting, sculpture and furniture by Irish artist Guggi. 

Over the past three decades, Guggi has achieved recognition for his drawing, painting and sculpture using the quotidian beauty of household objects to reflect on the human experience. Through his expressive use of shape, line, gesture, and color, he imbues simplified everyday objects with great emotional resonance and feeling.

In collaboration with the RALPH PUCCI (sculpture studio), Guggi expands his practice into furniture for the first time. “It’s a natural evolution,” he shares. “It’s designing a piece of art.”
